BYC Week 2
Hello again. Hope you are able to spend some time with us this week. We hope you are doing well, enjoying your daily walk/exercise and finding things (not) to do. I think, if you’ve been in education since you were 5, then you are allowed a little break, so enjoy the Easter “holidays”.

*Let us know in the comments what you have been up to. It would be great to hear some of your activities and pictures!
I’m not sure this is getting any easier — just different. I know I am lucky as I go out to work most days, but even then everything is strange. People circle around each other and conversations are difficult. Are any of your parents key workers or still having to go to work? Let us know their tales, it would be good to find out what is happening with other people.
Here is a little video I made a couple of weeks ago. SPOILER ALERT! It reveals what is behind the rainbow wall by the table tennis table!
QUIZ TIME
Do you use Quizlet at school? I made a simple West Street/Bedminster quiz. Have a go — if people like it then I’ll do create a Quizlet live for next week.
Bedminster Quiz — https://quizlet.com/499332013/match
Can you beat my 17.6 second record??? Errr, yes.
CHALLENGE!
Use quizlet to make your own Bedminster, Bristol or BYC quiz and share it with us on here.
Plus next week I will be attempting to make a cooking video, this could be funny. Might have to strap the phone to my head or the ceiling. It will be entertaining either way!
In the meantime check out the fantastic Jack Monroe making amazing food for pennies! Also check her instagram, it has all her different projects on it, including the incredible Tincancook, where she makes lovely food from tins. https://www.instagram.com/jack_monroe/?hl=en
If you are interested in my other job, providing good quality food to families in need across the city then click on my profile and the Best Before article. It’s a long read but tells you what’s happening in different parts of Bristol in very unusual circumstances.
Look after yourselves and your families. Stay in touch and use the comments section to let us know how you are doing. We need to hear from you and then we can go LIVE!
Best wishes, Simon and Sadie.
